Classes are between 60-90 minutes in length, with postures that focus on strength, balance, endurance, improved flexibility, and detoxification.
If you are looking to introduce Hot Yoga to your fitness routine or strengthen your existing Yoga practice, then this class is for you. You will learn the fundamentals of Yoga and deepen your awareness postures (Asanas) and breath control (Pranyama). You will also explore sun salutation sequences and relaxation techniques, while emphasizing form and postural alignment.
The room will be heated to a temperature of up to 37°C (98°F). A vinyasa-style yoga format that is unique and rejuvenating, making our bodies feel years younger and creating a yearning for more. This class is for all fitness levels, providing recommendations and modifications throughout.
The room will be heated to a temperature of up to 24°C (75°F). Utilizing the warmth, you will be guided through a series of postures linked together with breath, and meditation to complete the class. This class will help you to enjoy the true essence of yoga. Perfect for those working towards Hot Yoga classes, or wanting to mix it up.
Where heat promotes detoxification and allows for deep, safe stretching. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability in both 60 and 75 minute formats. Each class will begin with a focus on breathing, followed by a combination of standing postures, sun salutations, floor postures and finish with meditation and breathing.
This class is devoted to releasing the power of your body by increasing energy flow through its Meridians, while targeting the deeper connective tissues and utilizing longer held poses (3-5 minutes or more). Done primarily on the floor, at first this class may seem slow, passive and soft, but you will soon discover that it can be quite challenging in its own way.
A dynamic and challenging class focusing on strength-building postures. This class focuses on increasing the heart rate and building breath awareness in order to tap into your inner strength. Don't be intimidated by the word "power", you're much stronger than you think!
