Why do we organize our training into 4 phases? Because it works. Each of our training phases builds progressively and is designed to ensure you are constantly achieving results. Also, you'll never feel bored with the variety in programming that each of our phases has to offer.

Phase 1: Foundation

Foundation is the learning phase of the Personal Training program, which typically lasts for 6-8 weeks. During this phase you will work on flexibility, co-ordination as well as correcting muscle and strength imbalances.

Phase 2: Build

The Build phase of the Personal Training program is designed to increase lean muscle mass. The workouts begin to focus on specific body parts and resistance is increased. Depending on your goals, this phase typically lasts 4-8 weeks.

Phase 3: Burn

During the Burn phase of the Personal Training program, you will focus on increased number of repetitions while keeping the heart rate up. You will see a more slimmer sculpted you as your body fat sheds away and your muscle tone begins to show. You will transform physically, mentally and habitually.

Phase 4: Strength
