GoodLife now offers Partner Training, a new format of personal training where one Personal Trainer will work with you and a friend on your individual goals in combined hourly sessions.

Your Personal Trainer will first meet with you and your partner to discuss your previous fitness history, plateaus and successes to date, and will then develop a personalized plan that will influence the right behaviour changes in your life that will bring your overall health and fitness to the next level.
To ensure your success, your goal becomes our goal, and is measured through the results you achieve. We hope to make these results sustainable long after the sessions are complete.
