I received a notice about a withdrawal on December 15th, why did I receive this?

On December 15th, a second attempt was made on payments that were returned by financial institutions between November 16th and December 1st. Members are notified via email, or mail of this withdrawal as a courtesy to the addresses on file. Please note that these payments have a service charge of $25 to cover the costs incurred.

Find your Membership Number / Barcode

Your Membership Number can be found on your signed Membership Agreement.

Your Barcode Number can be found on the back of your GoodLife Key-fob that you scan when you enter the club.
