To snack or not to snack – that is the question! Why snacking is a GOOD thing:
  • Prevents you from getting too hungry and over eating at meals.
  • Keeps your blood sugar level - keeping you energized throughout the day.
Healthy Snack Ideas:
  • small handful of almonds (non salted) and an apple (or fruit of choice)
  • 2 tbsp of hummus and carrots (or veggie of choice)
  • yogurt with 2 tbsp of trail mix on top
  • Cheese cube (about the size of 2 thumbs) and fruit.
