Jessica recognizes the benefit in many approaches to treatment using different modalities, and for her, the holistic and complete medical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine has resonates the deepest.
Through the practice of Acupuncture and using TCM theory to the physics of Yin and Yang (nourishing the strengths to transform any apparent weakness), Jessica’s goal in her treatments is to facilitating a balance in the body, mind and spirit. She puts this to practice by taking an in-depth health history and assessment of all clients to determine strengths and weakness in each individual. Once these are recognized, a detailed treatment plan tailored specifically to each person is set into motion.
Jessica studied Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Victoria starting in 2009 at The Canadian College of TCM then graduating from Pacific Rim College in 2013.
