1. When will the Memberships and information become available?
Memberships are available online now! Once the Club opens, you will need to meet with the General Manager to activate your Membership card. You will be able to contact the General Manager by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. If I'm an existing GoodLife Member, how can I gain access to the Mission Club?
All existing GoodLife Members should email the Club to verify their membership type and determine if they have access. The GoodLife Associates will then schedule a time to have your GoodLife card added to the Neighbourhood Club access system. The Neighbourhood Clubs use RFID technology for membership access to the Club. All Members must be added to the system in order to have access during unstaffed hours.
3. What services will be available?
Local Personal Trainers, Virtual Group Fitness Classes (Note: Live, Les Mills Classes will not be taught at this Club; it will only be offered through Virtual Fitness), Live Group Fitness Classes at an additional fee.
4. What services will not be available?
JUMP! (Child Minding), Personal Training Starters/LifeChangers, Towel Service, Vending Machines, Tanning, Note: These services are offered at many of our other locations.
5. If someone is between the age of 12 and 18, can they join?
No, someone in that age range may not join the Neighbourhood Club. However, the exception to this is; A) Youth between 12 and 18 can work out as a Guest when accompanied by their parent or guardian who is a Member of the the age of 19, when the Club is staffed. B) A current Member from a regular GoodLife location who is under 19 will have their access limited to when the Neighbourhood Club is staffed. C) No one under the age of 12 can be in the Club at any time.
