Please be advised of the following Group Exercise class format changes: On August 1, 8, 15, 18, 22, 25, and 29, Newbody at 8:30 a.m. will be taught as BODYVIVE. On August 11 Newbody at 8:30 a.m. will be taught as Zumba toning. Thank you!
