Nicole grew up with a passion for eating well and living well and chose to study dietetics in university. In 2009, she graduated with distinction and highest aggregate with her Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition. Through her interest in choosing to eat seasonally available whole foods, Nicole has a keen understanding in how to make simple, delicious, healthy meals using basic foods from whole grains, vegetables and fruits and protein sources. She believes that no meal or recipe should be confusing, hard to prepare or full of ingredients unlikely to be readily available. Nicole is a firm believer of a client centered approach in her practice and ensures that you will receive nutritional advice catered to your needs, lifestyle and circumstances. She will help you take the steps you need in obtaining a healthy, sustainable dietary regime.
