Jeremy believes massage and physical fitness are an essential part of one’s overall health and encourages all people to make them a part of their lives. Since graduating eleven years ago he has enjoyed working in various spas, clinics and health clubs in Canada and the UK and is excited to be part of the Good Life Team.
Jeremy is extremely proud of the success he has had customizing personalized treatment plans for clients with chronic and acute injuries such as muscle spasms, strains and sprains as well as SI and IT band discomfort. His clients also benefit from other treatments focusing on trigger point therapy, soft tissue injuries, MVA injuries, pregnancy discomfort and joint pain.
