Dr. Stephanie Tabbert has a passion for helping her patients reach their health, fitness, and performance goals. She understands how injury and mobility issues can be barriers to achieving an active lifestyle, and strives to give patients the tools they need to achieve the (good)life they want. Dr. Tabbert’s approach blends hands on treatment with individualized rehabilitative exercise, activity modification, and self care. She works with her patients to create safe, strong, healthy motor patterns and achieve full range of motion so they can reach their full potential.
Stephanie has been involved in all levels of sport as an athlete, practitioner, and administrator. Some of her favourite experiences include rowing in the Royal Canadian Henely, Canadian University Championships, treating at the Pan Am games, and being a member of the Trent Sport, Wellness, and Recreation for All campaign. Though no longer a competitive athlete, Stephanie is an avid rock climber and remains dedicated to her personal fitness.
