I am a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (2015), and registered by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in January 2016.
I have experience working with MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) clients in a rehabilitation clinic setting, working with people from the ages of 10 to 86 whom have been involved in traumatic automobile accidents, using various techniques such as lymphatic drainage, passive mobilization, therapeutic deep tissue, hold-relax stretches and strengthening techniques. I have formerly owned and operated my own Stonework and Landscape construction company for 7 yrs. prior to becoming an RMT. I chose to pursue massage therapy out of a desire to help others, and an interest in the healing arts. I find personal gratification in being able to use my skills as a massage therapist to help others work toward their own wellness and athletic goals.
