~ I focus my efforts on giving back to sports and their athletes. I work with athletes to help improve their performance through injury reduction and prevention, reduced recovery time, on-site therapy, and on-going massage. ~ I have a personal interest in stress and headache reduction, as well as promoting healthier lifestyles. ~ I have enjoyed and played football, baseball, and softball. ~ Following a successful athletic career I moved into coaching, training Masters swimmers and Ironman triathletes. Several of my athletes have competed annually in the Hawaii (Kona) Ironman World Championships. ~ I swam competitively in both Toronto and London and represented Canada internationally. ~ I anchored several swimming relays to rankings of 1st in Canada. ~ I competed at OFSAA Track & Field in the 4x400m. relay.
