Dr. Sonya Hamilton is passionate about teaching others how to regain control and connection with their own health and wellness. Her approach emphasizes the importance of injury prevention, optimal musculoskeletal functioning, and health promotion. She supports patients as they recover, and aides in the transition to self-management. Her training in Webster technique enables her to work closely with women during their pregnancy and postpartum, to alleviate low back pain and discomfort, and to assist with safe exercise recommendations. Dr. Hamilton is a former ballet dancer, and is an alumnus of the National Ballet School and Etobicoke School of the Arts. She is an avid traveller, and enjoys creating new and healthy recipes in her spare time.
