Michael graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Newmarket, Ontario in 1998. Mike has continued his education, mostly with studies related to myo-fascial release – an effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Mike has an affinity for finding the root of pain and bio-mechanical dysfunction. Outside of work, you will find Mike spending time with his family, restoring his 1885 Victorian home, track cycling and participating in medieval combat re-enactments.
