Paula completed a Honors Specialization, Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, with a Minor in Medical Cell Biology at Western University. She then completed the Massage Therapy (Intensive) program at Algonquin College.
Paula is highly interested in sports, rehabilitative, fascial/scar, and trigger point therapies. Paula uses her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, exercise physiology, physical training and movement to provide effective treatments; supplemented with home care to achieve the best possible outcomes and get you feeling better, faster. Paula also uses her knowledge gained from her previous personal training certification (CPTN-CPT) with the Certified Professional Trainers Network to help meet your goals.

Paula has worked in a variety of environments including fitness centres, health and social services, hospital, and a clinic for Cancer Recovery.
Paula has experience with sport massage, out-patient rehabilitation/scar, and geriatric massage.
