I have always had a love for the outdoors and a passion for exercise and nutrition. This naturally lead me into the field of health and wellness and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). From working as a rafting guide on the Ottawa River, to participating in multiple half marathons and triathlons, I have always enjoyed being on the move. I have a strong belief that physical activity, diet and nutrition, are key elements to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. As an RMT, my focus is to assist my clients in achieving this balance allowing them freedom of movement and pain relief.
