By day, Cindy is an R.M.T who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic. During her time there, she developed a strong belief that massage is an integral part of enabling people to maintain and improve their health no matter their age or lifestyle. She strives to create a personalized treatment plan with her patients to ultimately discover the source of pain rather than just dealing with symptoms. So whether you are looking to increase your range of motion and flexibility, work on postural correction or aim to find some relaxation, please feel free to say hello and ask any questions when you see her around the GoodLife Fitness Club.
By night, Cindy spends her time singing in the Canadian Opera Company chorus as she also firmly believes in the healing power of music.
