Justin is a registered physiotherapist with the college of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He first earned a degree in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University. He later went on to do his clinical Masters in Physiotherapy also at Dalhousie University (honours). He has since taken a multitude of post-graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, and kinesio-taping.
Justin has a passion for sports and rehab having worked with many elite teams over the years, including the Halifax Hurricanes of the National Basketball League. Working with the Hurricanes has helped cultivate the skill set demanded by professional athletes.

Optimal results can be achieved by therapy focussing on postural correction, proprioceptive retraining, behaviour and environmental modification, followed by gradual reintroduction to activity or sport.”
