Kyla’s passion for health and the human body led her to study kinesiology at McMaster University, and to then pursue a career in massage therapy. Her involvement in competitive dance from the age of 4, allows her to apply a unique understanding of body mechanics to her treatment approach. She will work with you, to develop an individualized treatment plan, with a combination of massage therapy and at home self-care.
