Valued Members: Please note that the Tuesday, November 25 10:30 a.m. and Thursday, November 27 10:30 a.m. BODYFLOW classes will be changed to Stretch and Relax for these two days only.  The regular Tuesday/Thursday BODYFLOW classes will return the week of December 1st. Thank You.
