How to Care for your GoodLife Fitness Membership
GoodLife Fitness values each and every one of our exceptional members.
We want to help equip you with the tools to best manage your fitness membership and ensure that you have the best experience possible.
- Remember to keep all of your paperwork related to your fitness club membership. Retain your initial contract, along with any subsequent forms detailing changes made to your membership.
- Please read the contract carefully so that you understand your rights and responsibilities in relation to your fitness membership and remember that you have a 10-day cooling off period in which to cancel your membership if it does not meet all of your needs.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, it is best to do so in writing. Please go into a club if possible to cancel your membership and retain your copy of the signed cancellation form. If you are not able to go into a club, please contact our Member Experience Department at 1-800-387-2524 and they will direct you on how to cancel your membership. If you do need to cancel within the commitment period of your membership, you are able to buy out the remaining time on your membership for a fee. You may also transfer your membership to another person, please contact your club for details. We recommend that you retain all of the documentation when you make any changes to your membership.
