One-on-one sessions are the most popular type of training. Our members find
this approach gives them maximum results. Your Personal Trainer will lay out with
you your fitness needs, goals and the time frame in which you would like to achieve these
goals, your interests and any barriers to achieving your aspirations.
They will use this information to customize a program especially
for you.
One-on-one specialty programs

Fat Loss Program

easy recipes, shopping lists, a daily journal and Personal Training sessions.

Summer Sizzler Program
All you need are six one-hour sessions for a sizzling body this summer! Program
includes diet and workout tips, hydration chart, nutrition and vitamin analysis
and flexibility fundamentals.
- 1 hour once a week for 6 weeks
