What are my options for paying for my membership?

Most of our Members prefer to pay on a bi-weekly or monthly basis directly from their chequing account (must be a Canadian account). Pre-authorized payments on credit cards or lines of credit are not options that we provide.

What is included in my membership?

Each GoodLife Membership offers Members access to free weights and cardio equipment. Additional amenities such as towels, Hot Yoga, Group Fitness, Tanning and access to additional Clubs are available with certain Membership options. Services and amenities vary by Membership option and Club chosen. To view all of the amenities, programs, and services available at each GoodLife location, please speak with an Associate at your gym or visit the home page of the Club location of your choice at Find a Gym. For information about your individual Membership and the amenities included with your Membership, please speak with an Associate at your Club.

Can I bring a friend with me on the Trial pass?

We welcome you bringing friends, family and co–workers to try a work out. They can get a 3 Visit Pass or talk to any associate in the club to book them a time to have their work out.

How can I get a receipt for my membership?

Please go to Receipts to complete this form to request a receipt from GoodLife Fitness. Please note that a response will be emailed to the requestor at the email address provided within 10 business days from the time of submission.
