Frequently Asked Questions

Neighbourhood Clubs

What is a GoodLife Fitness Neighbourhood Gym?

GoodLife Fitness Neighbourhood Gyms can be found in small towns and urban communities across Canada. These smaller Clubs are open 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week, for their members’ convenience; however, they are not staffed the entire time. Each location boasts enough fitness equipment to serve the neighbourhood in an inviting atmosphere. They also have many services and amenities that will propel you to success in a fun and friendly manner.

Neighbourhood Gym Access

Members over the age of 18-years-of-age have full access to the Neighbourhood gyms with their Membership card when the club is not staffed. Members under that age can only access the gym during staffed hours, and only accompanied by their Parent or Legal Guardian who is a GoodLife Fitness member.

If I am an existing Member with access to all GoodLife Clubs, why do I have to activate my card to gain access to my local Neighbourhood Club?

The Neighbourhood Clubs use RFID technology for Membership access into the Club. All existing GoodLife members must have their current GoodLife Membership card added to the access system to have access to the gym during unstaffed hours. In order to do this, please visit the gym during staffed hours.

How will I know when the General Manager is working if I need to book an appointment?
