I have spent my whole life getting bigger & bigger.
I don’t know what clicked in me, but in February 2015 I found myself at a Goodlife Club for Women – scared crazy to start – scared crazy not to! I had never before stuck to any long-term fitness goal. I owe so much to Goodlife, my trainer, and the supportive staff & members at my club for believing in me when I couldn’t. After 6 months at GoodLife I have reduced my blood pressure medications by HALF, and am looking forward to eliminating them completely!
