I love what I do! The best part of my day is treating clients; when I have someone who comes to see me that is in pain or stressed but leaves with the feeling of a weight being lifted off their shoulders or being able to move without feeling any pain is the best part of my day! Knowing that I helped make their day better or get them back to their daily activities pain free is what I love to do and what I am passionate about, and it shows in my clients! After suffering from the aches and pains from many of my own injuries I decided to help others the way my RMT helped me. I focus on releasing contracted and hypersensitive muscles, stretching what needs to be less tense, strengthening weak muscles and giving you the knowledge that helps you eliminate your own aches and pains.
