In our ever increasing static posture world (sitting anyone?), the focus on how tissues are repetitively strained and their negative effect on joint function and blood flow has never been higher. Pain doesn’t come from acute injuries anymore. Bad posture, muscle imbalances and poor bio-mechanics are causing the majority of pain these days. This is why therapy must focus on tissues, joints and blood flow and is why ART®, manipulation and/or electro-therapy should play a major role in your treatment plan
