Virtual fitness is now available across Canada. Classes are held in the respective studio (Group Fitness or Cycling studio) via a projector and screen during off-peak hours. The goal of Virtual Fitness is to give members the opportunity to try Group Fitness classes when live classes are not scheduled.

I have spent my whole life getting bigger & bigger.

I don’t know what clicked in me, but in February 2015 I found myself at a Goodlife Club for Women – scared crazy to start – scared crazy not to! I had never before stuck to any long-term fitness goal. I owe so much to Goodlife, my trainer, and the supportive staff & members at my club for believing in me when I couldn’t.
