The prize consists of an Air Canada Gift Card (the “Prize”) valued at four thousand dollars ($4,000.00).

No purchase necessary to participate.

Attend the new club opening located at 5775 Main Street in Stouffville, Ontario (the “Stouffville Club”) on April 24th for the Opening Preview Night and/or on May 8th for the Grand Opening Night. GoodLife Members and their guests (the “Participants”) who attend on either night will receive an entry ballot (the “Entry”) for a chance to win the Prize. The Entry, with all information completed, may then be deposited in the ballot drum at the Stouffville Club. Entries must be received by no later than the end of the Promotion Period to participate in the Prize Draw. Entry ballots must be completed in full in order to be accepted and entered for the Prize. Only one Entry per Participant on each night will be permitted.

The chances of winning the Prize depends on the total number of Entries submitted during the Promotion Period. The Participant must be present on May 8th (the “Draw Date”) to be eligible to win the Prize.

  2. A random draw will be held at the Stouffville Club on the Draw Date (May 8, 2019), following the end of the Promotion Period. The first Entry drawn from the validly completed Entries received, and who is present at the Stouffville Club at the time of the draw, will be eligible to win the Prize.

  1. If all conditions to receive the Prize are not completely satisfied by the Participant whose Entry is drawn, GoodLife may conduct a further random draw to determine a further potential Prize winner until the available Prize has been awarded. The determination process will continue until the Prize has been awarded. Any Participant whose name is drawn for a Prize must (i) on request review and complete a liability/publicity release and satisfy all applicable Rules to be eligible to receive the Prize; and (ii) correctly answer a skill-testing question.
