1. What are my options for paying for my membership?
Most of our Members prefer to pay on a biweekly or monthly basis directly from their chequing account (must be a Canadian account). You may choose every other Friday for biweekly payments, or to pay monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month. To keep costs lower for our Members, we don’t process our pre-authorized payments on credit cards or lines of credit.

3. How can I join GoodLife?
It is fantastic to hear you are looking to incorporate fitness into your life! Thank you for chosing GoodLife to help you achieve your fitness goals. Please feel free to take advantage of our free 3 day pass. For all pricing information we do ask you visit your local GoodLife location and speak with a Fitness Advisor for find the membership option that is right for you!
4. How old do I have to be to join GoodLife?
The minimum age to join GoodLife is 12 years old -- however we do require a parent or guardian signature for anyone under the age of majority. In addition, all Members under the age 18 are required to have a series of orientations in order to help familiarize and get comfortable in the club.
5. What does a membership give me access to?
Your GoodLife Fitness membership gives you access access to all of our Group Exercise classes (including exclusive Les Mills classes), our cardio theatre, the 20 Minute Fit Fix circuit, change rooms, pools*, saunas*, free weights and fitness machines (*where available). You can also add on to your membership with options such as Hot Yoga, Tanning, and Towel Service. Depending on your membership, you may have access to 1 location, many locations, or all locations.
