This is a circuit-style, TEAM-oriented workout: You will be motivated to work by your boot camp coach, the clock and your teammates.

To keep MYBootcamp fresh and exciting we are continually evaluating new equipment. For Circuit 3 of this boot camp we will be incorporating the RIP Trainer by TRX.
