REGYMEN

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, REGYMEN offers multiple program options packed with workouts constructed to challenge and motivate participants to crush their fitness goals.

 

RECOVERY ROOM

This innovative space is dedicated to Member recovery and movement with the latest tools to give muscles what they need to repair after a workout, including cryotherapy loungers, percussion guns, and compressions pants.

TURF ZONE

Train like an athlete on the turf! The Turf Zone is a great area to try out strength and conditioning exercises that require more space. Plus, it gives you the opportunity to train on a surface similar to what you’d compete on.

LIFTING PLATFORMS

Providing a solid, secure area for weightlifting, our Lifting Platform section assists in shock absorption and reduces stress on the body while performing specific movements.

PERSONAL TRAINING

GoodLife certified Personal Trainers are here to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible! No matter what your needs or fitness goals are, we have a custom Personal Training package that's right for you.

STRENGTH TRAINING

All the tools you need for your workout are available in the Strength Training and Cardio Areas. Familiar gym staples and some new innovative equipment are mixed in to motivate you whether you’re just getting started with exercise or working to your maximum potential.
