FLEXI-BAR SHAPE

Experience this new total body workout featuring the Flexi-Bar and Xco Trainer. Utilizing vibration training, the Flexi-Bar will help to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Incorporated into this workout is the Xco Trainer that targets the core muscles to help improve posture and performance. LES MILLS GRIT™ CARDIO

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. PEAK workouts are designed with achieving wholistic fitness goals in mind. We have designed High Intensity Interval Training with safety and effectiveness paramount. Integrated mobility, education and information on Peak Nutrition habits all supported with a sense of community and TEAM.
