This 9-step circuit is designed to work the largest to smallest muscles groups – activating the lower back, legs, chest, arms, glutes and abs in a safe and effective way. 

Club signage or the GoodLife Fitness App will walk you through the Fit-Fix circuit, so you don’t miss a single exercise. Each machine will guide you through the proper range of motion, so you don’t need a spotter. Plus, the intensity of your workout can easily be adjusted to your level of fitness and individual needs.
