Personal Training is about more than the results. Whether you train to change your state of mind, boost your confidence, or help with injury recovery, it’s important to invest in what matters most: your health.
Our Certified Personal Trainers are passionate about bringing out your best, whatever your best looks and feels like. We build a personalized workout plan that gets you results, ensures your workouts are efficient and builds healthy habits for life.
Train
All GoodLife Fitness Personal Trainers are certified through the GoodLife Personal Training Institute™ and/or Canfitpro™, Canada's largest provider of fitness education. Your trainer is your partner in fitness who will push you to finish that last rep, up your game and hold you accountable. Plus, GoodLife Personal Trainers are constantly upgrading their knowledge and acquiring additional certifications, so you have access to the nation's best trainers who bring out your best.
GoodLife certified Personal Trainers build your customized plan based on scientific exercise principles and cognitive behavioural change methods that help you achieve sustained results. Goals, nutritional and lifestyle habits are all factored in to develop a detailed, personalized workout plan and make sure you keep setting and smashing personal bests. It’s not just about giving you a workout routine—it’s about teaching you health and fitness skills for life.
Making sure you feel comfortable and confident during your workout is important to ensure you get the most out of personal training. Many Clubs have a space designated for personal training, designed with you in mind. Our state-of-the-art equipment lets you focus on giving it your all, with all the tools you need. Some of our co-ed Clubs also feature a Women's Only section for personal training.
